Refund Policy and Insurance Policy

By booking a stay at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservations and Cancellation Policy
All reservations made through our website are final and cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date. Any cancellations made prior to this 7-day period will result in a full refund. Any cancellations made within this 7-day period will not be refunded.

Payment and Credit Card Information
All guests are required to provide valid credit card information at the time of booking. This information will be used for payment processing and to prevent credit card fraud. By providing this information, you agree to our collection and use of your credit card information.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention
We take credit card fraud very seriously and have measures in place to prevent it. As part of our prevention efforts, we collect information about each guest and reservation, including but not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. This information may be shared with third-party fraud prevention services for verification purposes.

Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity related to payment, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized credit card usage, or false claims of unauthorized usage, will be reported to the authorities with all available evidence. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any damages incurred as a result of fraudulent activity.

Liability
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property or injuries sustained while staying at our property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay.
